2019年12月，我校与中国（教育部）留学服务中心（以下简称“中留服”）建立了战略合作伙伴关系，成为该中心目前在全国唯一合作的专业音乐院校，并成功启动出国留学培训国际本科项目（以下简称“国际本科项目”）。在过去四年的时间里，中留服、广东省教育厅、我校领导及相关职能部门对该项目的建设和发展给予了持续不断的关注、支持、指导与监管。
为进一步稳固项目优势，推动人才培养高质量、全方位发展，我校计划举办“det365娱乐官网登录,公海彩船彩票,星空体育在线登录国际本科项目联合人才培养国际研讨会”，就学业规划、课程设置、跨文化教学、就业指导以及联合人才培养模式多样化等命题进行深度探讨，希望籍此会议成果，进一步优化国际本科项目的教学管理与专业建设。

Notice of XHCM International Conference Joint Talent Cultivation for International Undergraduate Program
In December 2019, our conservatory established a strategic partnership with Chinese Service Center (Ministry of Education) for Scholarly Exchange (hereinafter referred to as “CSCSE”) and became the only partner conservatory in China, thus successfully launching the “International Undergraduate Study Abroad Training Program”（hereinafter referred to as International Undergraduate Program）. In the past 4 years, constant attention, support, guidance and supervision have been given to this program from CSCSE, Department of Education of Guangdong Province, school leaders of our conservatory as well as the officials from correlative operational departments of XHCM.
In the view towards further consolidating the advantages of the program and promoting high-quality and comprehensive talent development, Xinghai Conservatory of Music plans to hold the "XHCM International Conference Joint Talent Cultivation for International Undergraduate Program" in a bid to discuss topics including study planning, course setting, cross-cultural teaching practice, employment guidance, and diversified joint talent training models. We look forward to utilizing the outcome of this conference to optimize the management of teaching, and the construction of specialism of the "International Undergraduate Program".
